Hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas and looking forward to all that 2025 has to offer.

In the coming week the Churches of our Mission Community will be:

*Giving thanks for everything that has been achieved by, and through, our Churches throughout 2024.

*Giving thanks for our worshipping communities, and for the many people who are part of our individual Churches, both Clergy and lay people.

*Praying that some of the vacant clergy posts within our Churches will soon be filled.

*Praying that the Holy Spirit will guide and inspire us as we move forwards into a new year, and look for new ways in which to grow, nurture and serve our worshipping communities.

* Praying that the Churches of our Mission Community will continue to work together, to help & support one another, and to grow in faith & in numbers.

Below is info regarding a Carbon Literacy training morning which is being run by the Churches of our Mission Community on 11th January 2025; this session promises to be really interesting, and is open to anyone who wants to know more about climate change and how we can help.

And finally ... After much communication and discussion, Bury Council has agreed that the double yellow lines outside Church have indeed been extended further than was originally intended; the offending areas will be removed in the coming weeks - hoorah!
